The concierge service and ticket service were extremely helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed for my sightseeing adventures in Rome. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise. It had a variety of options to choose from, and I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and coffee. It was the perfect way to start my day of exploring. The location of the guesthouse in the heart of Monte Sacro was fantastic. It allowed me to easily access the main attractions in Rome and explore the local neighborhood, which had its own charm and character. The private bathrooms in the guesthouse were well-maintained and stocked with complimentary toiletries. The shower was refreshing, and the bidet added an extra touch of luxury. The express check-in and express check-out at the hotel made my arrival and departure smooth and efficient. The multilingual staff was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home right away.
Soundproofing in the double room was not perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offered great facilities, including tea facilities in the room and good WiFi.
The doors to the rooms were a bit light, which may cause some noise issues when all rooms are booked.

I recently stayed at City Break Nomentana for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus stop and plenty of shops nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and I loved how spacious the room and bathroom were. The daily room cleaning service was also a nice touch. Alfonso, the host, was incredibly friendly and even provided us with a chilled bottle of water upon arrival. The amenities like tea facilities, good WiFi, and a nearby café made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
I do recommend this hotel.

The location was amazing! It was just a short bus ride away from the city center, making it super convenient to explore all the major attractions. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so we never went hungry. Another great thing was that the room was spacious and well-maintained, offering us a comfortable stay. Oh, and did I mention the daily room service? It was so nice to come back to a clean and refreshed room after a long day of exploring.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. First, the noise from the square outside on the weekend was unbearable, especially with the windows open.

The room had a lovely view of the quiet backyard garden, providing a cool and pleasant atmosphere without the need for an air conditioner. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well-maintained and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center via bus or metro. There were also restaurants and shops nearby.
Felt like VIP, no complaints.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and charming decoration of the hotel's general areas. The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people like me. The staff was always ready to help and the hotel had convenient facilities like handrails in the hallways and well-lit corridors, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
For a better vacation for senior people, I would ask for more seating options in the hotel's common areas. It would be nice to have some comfortable chairs or sofas where we can relax and socialize with other guests.

I got excellent value for my money at City Break Nomentana. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus stop and plenty of shops nearby. The staff, especially Alfonso, were friendly and attentive, making sure we had a comfortable stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, as the bar on the corner was supposed to be open at 6 am for breakfast, but when we went at 7 am, it was closed.

The hotel had a lovely and cozy decoration that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I particularly appreciated the comfortable seating areas and the beautiful artwork that adorned the walls.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff, especially considering the needs of senior people. Perhaps having someone available to help with luggage or provide additional support would have made the vacation even better for us.

The elegant furniture and soft colors created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also found the hotel very accessible. The staff were always available to assist with any needs I had, and there were no stairs or doors that were difficult to navigate.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance with carrying luggage.
